Complaints

RULES OF COMPLAINTS:

1. Send the goods advertised to Omade.pl. Please pack and secure the goods well.

2. To the advertised product, please attach the completed complaint form: https://cdn.shoplo.com/0971/files/formularz-reklamacyjny.pdf

3. After receiving your package we will consider the complaint within 14 days.

4. We will inform you about the decision by e-mail.

5. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Ordering Party other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by Omade.pl).

5. Within 14 days from the date of consideration of the complaint, we will send you a full-fledged product or we will refund the payment.

6. You will receive a refund using the same payment method as the one you selected in the original order.
